The promotion goes live at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDT”) on Sunday, November 1, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on Thursday, December 31, 2009 and is open only to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at time of entry. The promotion is void in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Tennessee, Utah, Puerto Rico, outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States, and where otherwise prohibited by law.
